Behavioural therapy and ABA

What is ABA?

Is ABA only for autism?

No. ABA-informed strategies can support different behavioural and developmental needs.

Will my child be forced to comply?

The goal is not forced compliance. The focus is understanding needs and teaching safer, clearer skills.

How is progress tracked?

Progress can be tracked through observations, parent feedback, and practical changes in daily routines.

Do you support autism?

Yes, within scope, especially around communication, routines, behaviour, parent guidance, and readiness skills.

Do you support ADHD?

Yes, Rutba supports ADHD-related behaviour and routines, but formal diagnosis should come from a qualified diagnosing clinician.

Do you support learning differences?

Support may include readiness, behaviour, attention, and routines. Academic remediation may require a specialist educator.

Do you support anxiety?

Some anxiety-related behaviours can be supported, but clinical treatment for anxiety may require a psychologist or psychiatrist depending on severity.
